When it comes to aftersales service, you'll be glad you have BATTIMORE OUTLET on your side. 

All goods are covered by a warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty. 

The warranty is provided in addition to the rights that the law says you have as a consumer and accordingly, your statutory rights are not affected. 

We try to list all our parts to advise the warranty they come with, however, if it is not on the product listing, this will be a default of lifetime warranty on the goods, except for OEM batteries.  

OEM Replacement Parts 

Warranty Policy 

  • Truly unlimited - no restrictions on how many times a warranty can be claimed 

  • Truly lifetime - no time restrictions on claims 

  • Lifetime warranty covers any manufacturer defects, malfunction, color discoloration or workmanship, and does not include cracks technician or incidental damages 

  • Parts must be purchased from BATTIMORE OUTLET. 

  • If the part is broken in transit, please take a picture(s) of the damaged shipment and follow our Return Merchandise Authorization process for a replacement or store credit  

  • Upon return, parts are to be sent back in "like-new" condition (as feasible).  

OEM Replacement Batteries

  • We offer a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects 

  • We do not accept returns that were installed, have cracks, or are damaged 

  • Upon return, parts are to be sent back in "like-new" condition 

  • Parts must be purchased from BATTIMORE OUTLET. 

  • If the battery is damaged during transit, please take a picture(s) of the damaged shipment and follow our Return Merchandise Authorization process for a replacement or store credit  

  • If battery is punctured or shows swelling, please reach out to your sales representative with the order number and a picture of the damaged product
