General Return Policy 

We're excited to introduce our Absolute Confidence Coverage, include Lifetime Warranty, in addition to international and domestic inspection procedures, RoHS, ISO 9001, FCC standards and conformity certificates. The only policy we have is we shall do whatever it takes to fix the problem and make our customers happy. Fast turnaround - we won’t keep you waiting, we will always help troubleshoot the issue on any claim to ensure that the problem will be fixed with a replacement, once confirmed we will get your item shipped for you from our USA warehouse. All returns will be processed within 48 hours of receipt if accurate documentation is provided. If documentation is incorrect, we will make every effort to complete your return as soon as possible.

30-day Full Refund Guarantee: 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any new product, for any reason, you may return the un-wanted, un-used, un-satisfied products within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or an in-house credit. These goods must be un-used and in original condition. Any unwanted goods returned after this period are at our discretion. In some circumstances we can refund these for store credit of current sales value, which may only be spent with us and is not refundable for cash.  

90-day Money Back Guarantee: 

If you prefer a refund after 30 days, we will refund all monies paid to us by you including any postage / carriage within 90 days, minus a restocking fee. 

  • 0 - 30 days - Zero restocking fee 

  • 31 - 60 days - 20% restocking fee 

  • 61 - 90 days - 35% restocking fee 

  • No returns accepted after 90 days, unless product is faulty or defect 

Bulk Purchase or Business Customers 

The following conditions apply to orders placed by Bulk Purchase or Business Customers. 

Orders may not be cancelled except with our mutual agreement and having been confirmed in writing by a director or our company. We reserve the right to make cancellation and/or re-stocking charges. 

Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 2 days of delivery. 

How to return goods 

We ask that you try the returns portal designed for your ease return process, however if due to any unknown technical issues, or user difficulty, you can manually return whole or part of your order. To do so please contact customers services, either by email, phone, or live chat. They can confirm the process with you and send the relevant returns form(s) and if required prepaid label. 

Step 1 Login - Log in to the same account as you placed the order, then navigate to Product Returns page. 

Step 2 Create RMA - Click "Product Returns" on the left side of your customer dashboard, then press "Create a Return". Follow the steps indicated on this page to build your RMA. 

Step 3 Send Your Product - Print your RMA form and include it in the box. We will send you an email when your returns have been processed!
